Moderation Toolset

Managing a large community requires more than just willpower; it requires the right tools. Zero Degree provides a professional-grade Moderation Toolset designed for speed, clarity, and accountability.

The core of your moderation work. These commands allow you to handle rule-breakers efficiently.

  • /ban <user> [reason]: Permanently removes a user and prevents their return.
  • /kick <user> [reason]: Removes the user but allows them to join back.
  • /softban <user> [reason]: A “message purge” tool. It bans and then immediately unbans a user, deleting their recent messages without keeping them barred.
  • /unban <id>: Lift a ban for a specific user ID.

ZeD uses Discord’s native “Timeout” system for the most stable and reliable mutes.

  • /mute <user> <duration> [reason]: Temporarily prevents a user from speaking or reacting.
  • /unmute <user>: Instantly lifts an active timeout.

Not every rule-break deserves a ban. Our Strike System allows you to track build-up behavior over time.

  • /warn <user> <reason>: Notifies the user of their violation and logs it officially.
  • /strike <user>: Adds a permanent “strike” to the user’s record.
  • /strikes <user>: View the full history of warnings and strikes for any member.

Tools for keeping your chat clean and organized.

  • /purge <amount>: Bulk-delete up to 100 messages in the current channel.
  • /nick <user> <new_nickname>: Force-change a user’s nickname if it violates your server’s naming policy.
  • /drag <user> <channel>: Quickly move a user from one voice channel to another.
  • /dragall <from_channel> <to_channel>: Move an entire group of users at once (perfect for event transitions).

Tools designed to help your moderators work as a team.

  • /afk <reason>: Let your team know you’re away from the keyboard. ZeD will notify anyone who mentions you.
  • /tag <name>: Fast-access “tags” for community info (similar to snippets but available to more roles).
  • /trigger: Manage automated text triggers that respond to specific keywords.
